Skipstone, LLC (“Skipstone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an online interactive video service offering a selection of content (the “Content”). Our interactive video service, the Content, our player for viewing and interacting with the Content (the “Video Player”), and any other features, tools, or other services offered from time to time by Skipstone through various Access Points are collectively referred to as the “Services”. The term “Access Points” includes, without limitation: www.goskipstone.com and Skipstone’s mobile application(s), including websites and applications where users or website operators are permitted to embed or have otherwise licensed the Video Player. Your privacy is important to us and we have created this Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information in connection with your use of our Use of the Services (including access to the Content) is subject to your compliance with this Privacy Policy. By using any of the Services through any Access Point you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy. As some of our Services may be software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other device, you agree that we may automatically update this software, and that this Privacy Policy will apply to such updates. Please note that we review our privacy practices from time to time, and that these practices are subject to change. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. WHAT INFORMATION THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVERS:

This Privacy Policy covers information we collect from you through use of our Services. Some of our Services’ functionalities can be used without revealing any personal information; however, if you use certain features of the Services, you may need to submit “Personally Identifiable Information” (i.e., information that can be used to identify you). Personally Identifiable information can include information such as your name, email address, and telephone number. If you do not engage or ask questions through any Access Point, then the only information that we collect will be “Non-Personal Information” (i.e., information that cannot be used to identify you).

By submitting any Personally Identifiable Information to us, you consent and agree that we may collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit any Personally Identifiable Information to us. However, if you withhold or withdraw your consent or decide not to provide any Personally Identifiable Information to us, we may not be able to provide you with all services and features available in the Services.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT:

Non-Personal Information:

When users use the Services, we may track, collect, and aggregate Non-Personal Information indicating, among other things, which parts of our Services were used, the order in which they were used, when they were used, and how the user interacted with each part. We collect information on your use of the Services so that we can better understand how our customers use our Services to learn how we may improve the Services.

Personally Identifiable Information:

We collect Personally Identifiable Information that you submit to us in connection with asking questions in the Services or communicating with us by sending email messages. If you engage or ask questions in the Video Player that cannot be answered by the Content in the Video Player, you will be presented with the option of submitting your Personally Identifiable Information for a follow up response. If you exercise this option, we will share your Personally Identifiable Information with the individual or entity that has created or hired us to create the Content. If you do not engage or ask questions in the Video Player, we will not collect any of your Personally Identifiable Information in connection with your use of the Services. If you sign up for our mailing list, we may send you email messages to inform you of product announcements, software updates, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and conditions of use or other policies. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time we never sell or share your email address with anyone. We are fully committed to customer privacy however, if presented with a government information request, we may be required to share your Personally Identifiable Information with various government authorities in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. We will be as transparent as the law allows in disclosing governmental requests to our users. If necessary, we may also share your Personally Identifiable Information to establish or exercise our legal rights or to protect our property; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY:

We consider the confidentiality and security of your information to be of the utmost importance. We will ensure that industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures are used to keep your Personally Identifiable Information confidential and secure and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, or unless we have good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in special cases. Because the Internet is not a 100% secure environment we cannot guarantee the security of Personally Identifiable Information, and there is some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way to circumvent our security systems or that transmission of your information over the Internet will be intercepted. Please note that e-mails and other communications you send to us through any of our Access Points are not encrypted.

NO INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER 13:

Skipstone does not knowingly collect or maintain Personally Identifiable Information from persons under 13 years of age from using our Services, and no part of our Services is directed to persons under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use our Services at any time or in any manner. We will take appropriate steps to delete any Personally Identifiable Information of persons less than 13 years of age that has been collected through use of our Services without verified parental consent upon learning of the existence of such Personally Identifiable Information.
