If you engage or ask questions in the Video Player that cannot be answered by the Content in the Video Player, you will be presented with the option of submitting your Personally Identifiable Information for a follow up response. If you exercise this option, we will share your Personally Identifiable Information with the individual or entity that has created or hired us to create the Content. If you do not engage or ask questions in the Video Player, we will not collect any of your Personally Identifiable Information in connection with your use of the Services. If you sign up for our mailing list, we may send you email messages to inform you of product announcements, software updates, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and conditions of use or other policies. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time we never sell or share your email address with anyone. We are fully committed to customer privacy however, if presented with a government information request, we may be required to share your Personally Identifiable Information with various government authorities in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. We will be as transparent as the law allows in disclosing governmental requests to our users. If necessary, we may also share your Personally Identifiable Information to establish or exercise our legal rights or to protect our property; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.

NO INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER 13:
Skipstone does not knowingly collect or maintain Personally Identifiable Information from persons under 13 years of age from using our Services, and no part of our Services is directed to persons under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use our Services at any time or in any manner. We will take appropriate steps to delete any Personally Identifiable Information of persons less than 13 years of age that has been collected through use of our Services without verified parental consent upon learning of the existence of such Personally Identifiable Information.
